Once your order is processed, you will receive an invite to your personal Client Portal, and it will be time to design!
Your initial invitation design proof arrives 7-10 business days after we receive both your Wedding Invitation Questionnaire, retainer and have conducted our consultation call.
Your invitation design will be finalized before moving on to create the entire suite. Digital proofs will be provided to you with your customized designs. We will discuss with you any embellishments you may have selected such as calligraphy, envelope addressing, enclosures, envelope liners, wax seals, etc.
The Design Phase
After your consultation, we will send you our Client Welcome Packet which includes a proposal for the items discussed, our contract, a payment link for the non-refundable 50% retainer, along with a comprehensive schedule to clearly define each deadline and what you can expect throughout the design process.
Estimate & Schedule
Once you reach out, we will schedule a consultation. During our consultation, we will discuss the look, feel and tone of your event. We will gather all the details, explore the customizable options available and answer any questions you may have. No detail is too small when creating your unique keepsake!
The complete process for our custom stationery takes 12-18 weeks, depending on the printing method, embellishment, and number of items.
We recommend for our couples to book us 9-12 months before their wedding.
Assembly is included with your custom experience. When assembly is complete, it is boxed and shipped to you. Note, we do not mail the invitations for you.

Mail & Celebrate!
Once approval and final payment are received, your suite proceeds to production and fulfillment. Depending on the paper, embellishments and printing style you choose, printing can take a few weeks. (Letterpress and foil suites take 4-6 weeks depending on complexity and quantity.)

Each year, we are able to work closely with a limited number of custom design clients to ensure the highest level of customer service and an exceptional collaborative experience.
