WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO CONTACT YOU?

Just as the scope of projects varies, so do the time lines for design and production. For Custom work, we generally book up 3-4 months in advance, and only take on a limited number per year. If you’re interested in a Custom design please contact us through our Wedding Stationery Inquiry Form as soon as you have a general idea of what you’re looking for.

Our Semi Custom design process takes anywhere from two weeks to six weeks depending on the scope of edits, printing process chosen and how quickly feedback is received. 

Generally, flat printing takes 2 weeks once your proofs are approved and your remaining balance is paid (this does not include rush service). Letterpress and foil stamping take approximately 4-6 weeks depending on complexity. The design phase timing depends on the scope of edits, and how quickly feedback is received. We usually respond to edits within 1-2 business days.

Orders from our Semi Custom Collection take approximately 3-4 weeks production time on average. We take on a limited number of custom projects each year depending on availability. The design process for Custom Suites should be started at least 4-6 months in advance of your wedding date.


HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?

Save the dates are traditionally mailed 6-10 months prior to your wedding and invitations are traditionally mailed 2-3 months prior to your wedding.

Each year, we are able to work closely with a limited number of custom design clients to ensure the highest level of customer service and an exceptional collaborative experience. 

We advise contacting us 9-12 months in advance of your wedding. 

The average Turnage & Watts semi-custom couple spends between $750 and $1,500 on their Invitation Suite. Our custom couple spends between $2,500 and $5,000 on their Invitation Suite.
