The Butterfly Room in Baltimore made the perfect blank canvas for bringing this enchanted garden elegance wedding inspiration to life. From the lush florals to the dainty tablescape details, every element combined to create a dreamlike atmosphere.

Creating Enchanted Garden Elegance

This shoot’s soft and romantic details contrasted beautifully with the backdrop of The Butterfly Room’s exposed brick walls. With an “enchanted garden elegance” theme to guide us, the other vendors and I aimed to marry garden party charm with modern wedding sophistication, working within a palette of creamy ivories, soft pinks, and dusty mauves with splashes of rich green.

The shoot’s other key elements—an opulent floral arch, cascading table flowers, and strategically placed candlelight—came together under the creative eye of Arrow Bella’s multi-talented team. Meanwhile, our bride was the picture of modern romance in a lace gown with detachable puffed sleeves and classic jewelry. Lily Morgan Photography captured her ethereal beauty perfectly, in a portrait wreathed by the ceremony pillars’ pastel blooms.

I also designed deckled-edge menus for the tablescapes, featuring mauve typography in a modern font bordered by delicate pink botanical illustrations. The collection also includes exquisite envelope liners and details cards that add a vintage charm to your wedding stationery. Designed with the modern couple in mind, this suite captured the timeless romance of nature and effortlessly tied all the details together, making it an unforgettable inspiration for any spring, summer, or fall celebration.

The Butterfly Room: Historic Charm in the Heart of Baltimore

The Butterfly Room is a new Baltimore wedding venue housed in a formerly dilapidated 19th-century building, now a woodshop, furniture gallery, and event space! The owners purchased the building in 2021 and lovingly restored it to its former glory, preserving as many original features as possible. The result was a dreamy DIY wedding venue with industrial-chic flair! With 7,000 square feet of blank canvas to play with, couples and their planners can easily transform the space into any wedding style they can envision.
